Shipping policy

1. Does the item come with free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders 50 USD+. Shipping costs for orders under 50 USD+ are dependent on location.

Note: you may incur extra shipping costs if the address is a remote location (at standard market rates).

2. How to check the status of my package?

You can locate your tracking number on your shipping confirmation email.

3. How long does delivery usually take?

Please allow 1-3 business days for products to be shipped out. Delivery time may vary on your location.

(Note: At the moment, we do not offer delivery services to remote areas of Hawaii and Alaska.)

4. What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the U.S and Ca.

5. How will my product be shipped?

Products are shipped either USPS or UPS.

6. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

If all items are purchased on the same day, we try our best to make sure they are all delivered at the same time. Products that are purchased on different days have a lower likelihood of being delivered together.

7. Can I change my delivery address after the product has already been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change shipment information once the product is en route.

8. What do I need to do when I received a product that's different from what I ordered?

 If you have received the wrong product, please send us an email to info@yourlittleomo.com with the following:

  • Order ID
  • Photo of the incorrect product
  • The name of the products you are missing
  • The name of the products you did receive

9. I didn't receive all the products I ordered. What should I do?

If you did not receive all the products in your order, please email us immediately at info@yourlittleomo.com with the following:

  • Order ID
  • The name of the products you are missing
  • The name of the products you did receive

10. What should I do if I am asked to pay extra for shipping when signing for the package?

If USPS requests additional postage when you sign for a package, please follow these steps:

       Step 1. Verify that the package is in good condition.
       Step 2. Pay the required postage as per USPS guidelines.
       Step 3. Email us the payment receipt.

Once we verify the payment, we will reimburse you for the additional fee.
