Processing Time:
- All domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow 1–2 days for processing time before tracking your package. You can also contact us via email for assistance.

Oversized Items:
Oversized items such as cat trees and cat furniture can only be purchased in some areas of the United States, Hong Kong, or the United Kingdom. Other areas need to inquire about the shipping fee separately.

Omo Omo cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or if taxes of any kind are charged to you upon delivery of your purchase. Please bear in mind that import taxes differ from shipping costs added to your order before you confirm your purchase. Import taxes do not go to Omo Omo and are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authorities.
