Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped out. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel shipped-out items as they have already been picked up by our courier partners and cannot be intercepted anymore.
14-Day Easy Return
We offer a 14-DAY EASY RETURN policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can submit your return request via our online customer service or email info@yourlittleomo.com. Our live chat support is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Your return request will be processed within 48 hours after submission.- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the item being delivered.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and placed in its original packaging.
- For non-defective items, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once the returned item is received, we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method(s) in 3 to 20 business days.

*Please note that it’s impossible for our customers to return the package to us by rejecting the package because we are not able to receive it in most cases. You need to contact our online customer service to get suggestions for the next step. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the loss of the package. -
Return the Item(s)
If we have delivered an incorrect or faulty item to you, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund at our cost as quickly as possible.
If you want to return an item because it is unpalatable to your pet, doesn’t fit your pet, or you have changed your mind, you will need to arrange to return the item at your own cost. -
Receive a Replacement or Refund
We will send you the replacement tracking information as soon as possible via email. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method in 3-20 business days, depending on the banking institution.
