Additionally, California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83\ permits users of Our services that are California residents to request certain information regarding Our disclosure of personal data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
California "Do Not Track" Disclosure
HICC does not currently take steps to respond to browsers' "Do Not Track" signals as no uniform standard to respond to such signals has been developed at this time.
Exercising Rights
To exercise your rights under California’s State Privacy Law, you may submit your request by e-mail at info@yourlittleomo.com.
Please note that We may request further information regarding your identity at the time of your request. We cannot respond or provide you with personal data if We cannot verify your identity and authority to make the request and confirm that the personal data relates to you.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom We collected personal data or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We will only use personal data provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
The rights above may be limited in some circumstances, for example if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, where they would infringe the rights of a third party (including Our rights) or if you ask us to delete information which We are required by law to keep or have compelling legitimate interests in keeping. We will inform you of relevant exemptions We rely upon when responding to your request.
